Rubber Systems
Romidot systems for the Rubber products industry designed to measure the geometrical dimensions of the Rubber profiles, O-rings, gaskets, oil-seals and similar products which typically used by the cars industry . The product lines for this type of industry including scanner based technology line and Camera based technology line. The scanner based technology line of products, belong to the RomiShape products line, and include the model of RomiShape\DT-PVC., while the Camera based technology line including the Vision-V (vertical) line.
The scanner technology requires a clean sample surface, with sharp edges no burrs, as achieved by the Romidot Special Sample Saw SM420U.
Both, Vision-V systems line and RomiShape\DT-PVC system working with reflected / direct illumination or with Back Light or with composite of the both modes together.
Romidot Vision-V line and RomiShape systems came integrally with the best engineering application for automatic inspections and automatic SPC application that allows in “one click” to get full SPC report and Graphs.
Romidot supply the RomiShape systems with a calibration kit that allows the user to calibrate the system by himself, as needed according the ISO standard.
The concept that developed by Romidot for the Rubber products (car) industry, intends to connect the RomiShape and the Vision systems to the corporate networks of the plant, and allow all the relevant users, to link and share the date in a real-time from the production floor. This provides an instant monitoring of the production quality situation with the Software applications.
