Romidot Vision-H600 Plus is a Camera based concept for Profile Inspection in Production floor environment, utilizes a high resolution camera technology with a state-of-the-art Tele-centric optical lens concept that designed and developed specially for Giant and Large Industrial and Automotive Aluminum profiles. These types of profiles, with specials inspection requirements such as GD&T, Best-Fit, Assembled Profiles Structures, etc., their traditional metrology inspection process is limited and takes long time and high costs .The Vision-H600 Plus offers detailed, accurate & repeatable, and quick measurement cycle therefore, it is the best solution for the Aluminum Profiles Industry worldwide.
The construction of the Vision system is extremely accurate with a granite slab as a base for the optical construction. The Granite slab ensures an optical construction that is always stable at varying temperatures and surroundings. The machine is constructed for continuous operation in harsh production environment (Vibration, Impact, Dust and Temperature), that is typical environments at the Aluminum extrusion production floor. The camera and Tele-centric lens are horizontally mounted in-line with the inspected profile. The large diameter of the Tele-centric lens of 300mm, with a special cradle that lying on a Vertical Granite slab with an accurate dynamics movement system with the special unique LED illumination systems, allows a single or multi (Up to 8) snap-shot to acquire the whole cross-section of very large profile. Image processing and measurement of dimensions with special requirements is extremely fast.
For wider and longer profile, Combined Parts, special application software, that works integrative with the Vision-H700 and allow to measure profiles that their size exceeded the whole size of the acquisition area.
The Vision- H600Plus supplied as a standard with Romidot Vision Sample Preparation Machine, Combination Belt and Disk polishing machine fitted with Scotch Brite® abrasive media that provides fast and easy sample de-burring.
